I started a Ghost blog not long ago, and honestly the platform already gives you a solid base. It’s fast, clean, and has things like sitemaps and meta built in, so you don’t need to overcomplicate it.

What actually made a difference for me was keeping content super focused (one topic per post), using clear headings, and linking posts together. Ghost works best when you treat it like a content engine, not just a blog.

When I was working with an SEO company, I also applied some seo strategies for local real estate markets, and the biggest takeaway was the same: structure + intent + consistency. Tools help, but content and internal linking are what really move rankings.
