This course will help teachers to find meaning in reflective practice and how can classroom observation act as a tool in driving this reflection and learning. Teachers will learn the skill of classroom observation and deep dive into the nitty-gritty of the process. They will also explore the places where they can use this transferable skill and apply it for their self-improvement.
