Teachers will understand the importance of self-learning and improvement through a tool called Classroom Observation to reflect on their current teaching practices and strive for excellence in their teaching learning process.
This course will help teachers to find meaning in reflective practice and how can classroom observation act as a tool in driving this reflection and learning. Teachers will learn the skill of classroom observation and deep dive into the nitty-gritty of the process. They will also explore the places where they can use this transferable skill and apply it for their self-improvement.
