Through this course, teachers will explore the idea of job satisfaction and how learning and growing at the job ensures that. Teachers will understand the importance of self-learning and improvement through a tool called Classroom Observation to reflect on their current teaching practices and strive for excellence in their teaching learning process.

Course Overview:

This course will help teachers to find meaning in reflective practice and how can classroom observation act as a tool in driving this reflection and learning. Teachers will learn the skill of classroom observation and deep dive into the nitty-gritty of the process. They will also explore the places where they can use this transferable skill and apply it for their self-improvement.
