This course is designed to equip instructional coaches, mentor teachers, and educational leaders with essential skills to support and improve teachers' instructional practices through a structured coaching cycle. Participants will understand the phases of the coaching cycle—pre-observation, during observation, and post-observation—and learn the purpose and importance of each phase. They will explore and apply effective coaching tools and methods and build a supportive coaching environment for teachers. Ultimately, this course aims to enhance overall teaching and learning outcomes through improved coaching practices.
