The course is a First Aid kit to Career Guidance. The kit consists of 4 main ‘Life Skills’ tools. Career Guidance approach through Life Skills is suggested because the aim is to help the student to become aware of one’s interest, hobbies and skills to make informed career decisions. Life Skills are standardized by WHO (World Health Organization) and can be applied in all our facets of life. In this course, we will be focusing on the career planning needs of 13-18 years old teenagers. We believe a teacher equipped with career guidance toolkit could play the role of helping student stay confident and overcome fears in this vital stage of their life.
