As you are aware, we successfully ran the EFR survey for our Staff this year. The results for the survey are now out, and it is time to look at our scores as an organization and as teams, and interpret them, reflect on them, and plan the next steps accordingly.
We’re very excited to get us started on this journey, and to that effect, we have designed this course to take you through what we mean by the term Employee Engagement, why is it important, and how the EFR helps us in measuring it, and thus informs our strategy.
